Workflow

    Gate-In

    Container, truck, driver, seal and photos captured. Blocked drivers and inactive trucks rejected.

  2. 02

    Yard Slot

    Assigned to block-bay-row-tier. Every move thereafter is logged immutably.

  3. 03

    Holds

    Customs, finance or operational holds applied as needed. Release blocked while active.

  4. 04

    Release

    Approved release order issued, validated against holds and finance clearance.

  5. 05

    Gate-Out

    Strict checklist enforced. Override requires named supervisor + written reason.

Maxima CFS operates in Dar es Salaam, providing container freight station services to shipping lines, clearing agents, transporters, and consignees.

This platform replaces paper-based gate sheets and disconnected spreadsheets with one accountable system of record — every gate move, every yard placement, every hold, every invoice tied to a user and a timestamp.

Customer and transporter self-service portals will be enabled in a later release.
